P.E. and Health Week

During Week 2 (12th – 18th October) C.E.P.S. is going to be getting ‘active’ through being involved in some exciting activities in celebration of Health & Physical Education (Week 12th-18th October).  To promote healthy eating and getting in our recommended 30mins of physical activity per day, we have organised some special events throughout the week, including;

  • ‘On the Hour Bootcamp’ : encouraging students to get up and move about at regular intervals
  • Surprise ‘Nude Food Day’: encouraging students to swap processed foods for fresher, healthier options with as little wrappers as possible
  • ‘Active Mornings’ program (8:45am-9:00am): all students are invited to come along to the gym and start their day off with some exercise through fun games
  • ‘How Can I Be the Best Possible Healthy Me?’ Poster Competition

Health & P.E.
